Your cellar

“My cellar” is the main screen: the list of every bottle you own.

Adding a bottle

Tap the “Add” button (the ”+” symbol). You can add a bottle in three ways:

• Photograph the label — take or upload a photo of the label and let the AI automatically recognize the wine, producer and vintage. Tip: photograph the back label too, it often has useful information. This uses some AI credits: before you confirm you always see how many it costs and how many you have left this month.
• Search archive — if you already know the wine’s name and producer, look them up directly in Beviamolo’s shared catalog: it’s the fastest way, and it doesn’t use any credits.
• Enter manually — for a wine you can’t find in the archive, fill in the main fields yourself (name, producer, type, appellation).

Once you’ve found or created the wine, choose the bottle’s status — Cellar (you own it), Wishlist (you want it) or Drunk — and, if it’s in your cellar, which cellar to put it in and where in the grid. You can add several copies of the same bottle at once using the quantity field: if you add more than one, you can assign their positions individually afterwards. Then fill in whatever details matter to you: vintage, format, alcohol level, price and purchase date, personal notes.

A bottle’s details

Tapping a bottle in the list opens its page, split into two parts: “My bottle” (your personal information: where you put it, how much you paid, your notes) and “Wine sheet” (the wine’s objective information, enriched by AI: grape varieties, structure, suggested pairings).

From the three-dot menu at the top you can: refresh the data from the cloud, edit the bottle, add another identical copy, or delete it for good. If you spot something wrong in the wine sheet, tap “Report errors in this sheet”: you’ll be helping improve the shared archive for everyone.

Uncorking a bottle

When you drink a bottle, tap “Uncork” (from the list or from its detail page). You can log the date, a star rating, the occasion and some tasting notes. The bottle then moves to your Drunk list and frees up the spot it held in your cellar.

Wishlist and history

Besides your actual cellar, you can keep a Wishlist of wines you’d like to try (add them like any other bottle, choosing the “Wishlist” status instead of “Cellar”) and browse the history of bottles you’ve drunk in the “Drunk” section of the menu.

Searching and filtering

On the “My cellar” screen you’ll find a search bar at the top and two icons: one to sort the list (by date added, vintage or rating) and one to filter it (by type, producer, vintage, format, grape varieties, appellation, region and more). The horizontal chips also let you narrow the view to a single cellar, or show only the wines “At their peak”, meaning ready to drink right now according to their optimal drinking window.
